The stretch of Windsor Road between Exposition and Mopac used to be a place you drove through. This summer it is a place you stop. Two openings in the first weeks of April rearranged the neighborhood's evening geography, and a small schedule change at Deep Eddy rearranged the week itself. The thesis is simple. Tarrytown's summer center of gravity has moved a few blocks west of Casis, and the reason is not a single restaurant but a cluster of small shifts that finally add up to a new routine.
